Women in Sports by FABMISR backs 10 outstanding young female athletes every year — with funding, mental coaching and a community behind them.
Women in Sports, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr (FABMISR), is a programme committed to empowering aspiring young female athletes in Egypt. A panel of experts carefully selects 10 athletes who exhibit outstanding talent and promise, providing financial and mental aid to help them build their sports capabilities.
We extend financial aid to help you seize opportunities of global exposure and facilitate the purchase of sports equipment essential for your journey.
Our programme is designed to help you build resilience, enhance focus and boost self-confidence — not just in sports, but in all aspects of life.
A space for emotional support through professionals ready to accompany your journey — ensuring your mental wellbeing is as strong as your game.
Selected athletes receive financial support from FABMISR and join tailored programmes focused on emotional wellbeing and mental coaching.
Every year we select 10 female athletes who have portrayed excellence in their sport, and support them with a grant and a full training programme.
